Think of it as an EAP designed exclusively for supervisors, team leaders’ managers, human resource and work health and safety professionals and the executive suite. This dedicated service provides immediate, practical guidance grounded in WHS/OHS legislation to manage psychosocial risks as well as providing you guidance and advice to manage employee performance and mental health.

How is it different to traditional EAP 

Unlike traditional EAP lines, which provide confidential counselling directly to employees, the Manager Assist Psychosocial Risk Line is designed specifically for leaders. It gives managers, supervisors, HR teams, and executives immediate access to expert advice on psychosocial risks — helping them navigate complex people challenges, meet duty of care obligations, and respond with clarity and confidence. Where EAP supports the individual, Manager Assist empowers the leader to manage risks, protect wellbeing, and uphold compliance.
