Workplace stress builds over time and the signs of stress can go unrecognised and lead to burnout or psychological injury. It is important that employees understand how stress impacts their physical and mental health. When the stress is work-related it is important that employees can communicate this to their manager to ensure they have the support they need.

- How to recognise early signs of compromised mental health
- How to access workplace support
- How to access professional support
- How to support colleagues who are showing signs of stress
